The hotel, due to open in January 2007, will have
424 rooms and 70 serviced apartments. InterContinental
will also manage an additional 195 rooms at the
InterContinental Residence – stylish hi-rise
apartments with stunning waterfront views. These
will be rented on yearly leases and give tenants
access to the InterContinental Hotel and Dubai
Festival City’s world-class leisure, retail
and entertainment facilities.

be complete in the first quarter of 2007, will
be a major addition to the UAE’s and the
region’s MICE offering..

The The 4,500 metre squared InterContinental Convention
Centre, which will be complete in the first quarter
of 2007, will be a major addition to the UAE’s
and the region’s MICE offering and will
leverage its proximity to Dubai International
Airport. Its a state-of-the-art conference complex
has a 4,000 strong capacity.
